In this step you will review your contract and electronically sign the forms online.
Check your email for the following:
From: Pivot Health – noreply@mail.hellosign.com
Subject: PIVOT Health Outstanding Requirements is Awaiting Your Signature.
After 72 hours, if you haven’t completed STEP 2, a follow up email will be sent as a reminder from noreply@mail.hellosign.com.
Step 3
Once your contract is submitted to Pivot Health the following occurs:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
- Once processed, look for a confirmation email from Pivot Health.
- Follow the steps in the email to create an account on their Agent Portal.
- Register for product training to become familiar with their complete product portfolio.
