Exhibit Information
Exhibit space will be located in the foyer area outside of the main conference room
- Both VIP & Sponsors will receive:
- 6’ wide table
- 2 chairs
- Spaces will be assigned and labeled with your company’s name
- Exhibitor Sponsor will receive:
- 1 hightop table (dimensions are approx 4’ high x 3’ wide)
- 2 stools
- Spaces will be assigned and labeled with your company’s name
- Please note the exhibit space will not be large enough to accommodate a booth
Packing Information
•Packages may be delivered to the Hotel no later than at 12 PM on Friday, July 12th
•Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Hotel prior to shipping
•There will be a $5.00 per box, incoming and $5.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by our Security Department
•Each pallet or crate delivered to the Hotel is subject to a $125.00 handling charge.
•Should special delivery arrangements be necessary, please get in touch with the Conference Services Manager
